By using a life cycle testing equipment, Nenutec verifies the design endurance of our actuators. To estimate the useful product life, Nenutec provides the design life cycle data guidelines. The actual life of a Nenutec actuator depends on the installed application.
Actuator life cycle varies by application but are designed for up to 60,000 full stroke cycles.
Spring Return Actuators are tested for a minimum of 60,000 full cycles at full rated torque load both for normal and spring return actions without effecting the rated torque.
