Can a 0-10 VDC feedback signal be converted to 4-20mA?

Can the feedback signal be 4-20mA?

No, adding a resistor to a voltage signal will not create a current signal. But if we add a 500 Ohm resistor on a 4-20mA signal, it will create a 2-10 VDC signal.

Can a 0-10 VDC feedback signal be converted to 4-20mA by use of a 500-ohm resistor?

Nenutec’s NAP 171 convert 0-10 VDC to 4-20mA. NAP 171, provides a solution to convert our damper actuator feedback to 4-20mA.
